STEP 2: PERUVIAN CEVICHE EXPERIENCE
Discover the essence of Peruvian cuisine by preparing your own Peruvian ceviche in Cusco, one of the most iconic dishes in the country.
In this Cusco cooking class, you will work with coastal fish and local ingredients, learning the techniques that define an authentic Peruvian ceviche experience.

STEP 3: PISCO EXPERIENCE
Experience one of Peru’s most iconic traditions with a guided Pisco tasting in Cusco. During this Peruvian cooking class, you will learn about the history and cultural importance of Pisco, Peru’s national spirit. You will also prepare two of the most popular cocktails: Pisco Sour and Chilcano de Pisco, essential drinks in any food experience in Peru.

STEP 4: LOMO SALTADO - WORK EXPERIENCE
