Our culinary tour consists of an evening exploring the streets of Cusco in order to try some of the city’s best street eats from strategically chosen points as well as visiting three of the city’s top restaurants located in the historic center alongside our chef that will guide us and share with us untold and sometimes unusual stories of the streets and locales we visit.

    • STEP 1: THE BEGINNING
      Our chef will welcome you in our work shop with an amazing Pisco cocktail and will provide an introduction to local ingredients and products, Peruvian culinary culture and any other gastronomical information needed.
    • STEP 2: A ENCEVICHARNOS
      In our restaurant we will provide a bite sized appetizer tasting as well as a general discussion about Peruvian gastronomy.
    • STEP 3: PISCO SOUR TIME
      We will enjoy our national cocktail and Bite sized appetizer tasting as well as a discussion about Peruvian Pisco.
    • STEP 4: LET´S GO TO OUT!!!
      We will enjoy our Peruvians Tamalis as well as a discussion about the Peruvian products.
    • STEP 5: A “HEART”-FELT EXPERIENCE
      A dish made with the fusions of Moor, African and Peruvian influences, we will enjoy our “anticucho” at one of the most important points in the Inca city “the Intikijllu or Sun Alley” as well as a discussion about Peruvian street food.
    • STEP 6: “PICARONES”
      This traditional dessert from Lima has gained popularity throughout the country. It is referred to as the “Peruvian donut” but even more flavorful.
