The quinoa was one of the most important ingredients into the diet of the ancient people in the Andes of Peru. This product, high in proteins and other nutrients was the super food of the Incas.
With the recently revolution of the Peruvian cuisine, Peruvian chefs incorporate this super food in their menus and in many cases recreate famous dishes but with quinoa as it is the example of the Fried Quinoa based on the Chinese fried rice or our Quinotto based on the popular Italian Risotto.

CONTENT

4 lessons of 1 hour and a half each (once a week)
Each class includes: 20-minute informative talk, 1 hour of practical cooking class and 10-minute round of questions.
